Our Advanced Improver classes cater for those wanting to really push themselves and work hard.

With a longer lesson, we can dedicate more time to working more advanced skills, while still having loads of fun.
In order to take part in our Advanced Improver classes, gymnasts must be able to do the following;-
Good strong handstand, able to hold for 2 seconds,
Cartwheel 2 handed and 1 handed,
Bridge kickover or walkovers,
Good splits,
Round off.

All gymnasts are required to pay insurance, this is paid directly to British Gymnastics
